What a day it has been at Archie! Our youngest whirlwinds celebrated the culmination of preschool at their Moving Up Celebration today. Songs, smiles, dancing, medals and more all to celebrate our youngest learners. Kindergarten here they come!

District Baseball is on Tonight!


Wednesday 5/21 is medication pick-up day. Please arrive between the hours of 9:00am-12:00pm to retrieve your child's medication(s). Please reach out to Nurse Andrea at (816) 293-5312 Ext. 1207 or astottlemyre@archie.k12.mo.us to arrange an alternative pick-up time if needed.


District Baseball is postponed for today, Monday, May 19, 2025. A make up date/time has not been set. When a date/time is selected, it will be communicated.


Reminder: Track and Field Day for Kindergarten–5th Grade is on Tuesday, May 20th! That is tomorrow!
Please consider sending an extra pair of shoes and a change of clothes for your child to use after the events. Sunscreen and water bottles are essential for the day as well!
If the weather is dry, we’re looking forward to a fun (and possibly soggy) day!
If it’s raining, the event will unfortunately be canceled.

Today was the last day of Career Week! We had Landon Leonard from Cass Co Conservation Department and Quincy Lewis our school nurse spoke about her Career in the Army! The students learned a lot this week about different jobs they may want to consider!






We were excited to send-off our track athletes today that are competing in the MSHSAA Sectionals hosted at the Archie Sports Complex tomorrow. #ArchieStrong




Archie is hosting the Sectional 4 Track Meet, this Saturday, May 17, 2025. There will be over 50 Class 2 and Class 3 Schools in attendance. Come out and support our Archie Athletes or just watch some exciting performances on the track and in the field. Attendance is $10 for any spectator ages 6 and over, and is only available digitally on the MSHSAA website. Go Whirlwinds!

The track at the Sports Complex will be closed this evening, Friday, May 16, 2025, beginning at 5 p.m. as the District prepares to host Sectional track tomorrow, Saturday, May 17, 2025.


Students who completed the challenge of reading five Mark Twain and/or Truman nominees celebrated on Thursday with lunch, a trip to the park, and books to get a jump start on summer reading. Congratulations, readers!
