
Archie hosted Prairie View tonight in baseball and softball action. Varsity baseball got the win and varsity softball lost. Both JV teams got to play as well.

The Junior High Track Meet today at Appleton City has been canceled due to potential weather. It will not be rescheduled.


The softball game at Osceola today, has been canceled and will not be made up. Attached is the district softball bracket. All games will be held at Concordia.

A new addition to our preschoolers day this year has been the Motor Lab. The children rotate through one minute stations that help build their gross and fine motor skills. To them it looks like play and and that's what we love!

6th grade art went on a tour of the parade of homes to round out our architecture and design unit. Students got to look at interior and residential architecture 1st hand in some new construction builds.

Congratulations to Archie FFA Members Meah McCoy and Talan Reynolds for receiving the State FFA Degree!




Congratulations to two students who earned medals at the Pittsburg State University Math Relays on April 8th! Eleanor Leslie received a first place in Algebraic Simplifications, and Aranza Ortigoza-Acosta earned a 3rd place medal in the same event! Over 900 students were in attendance, and Archie was in the Small Schools division.



State FFA Convention Day 2 Recap
-Floriculture and Dairy Cattle competed. Floriculture got 14th and Dairy Cattle got 22nd
-Talan Reynolds was recognized as the Area 7 winner in the Ag Services Proficiency
-Members not competing attended leadership workshops






Our Junior High Track team is competing at the Adrian JH Meet today. The athletes earned several medals and PR's.








Join our youngest Whirlwinds as they celebrate their Move Up from preschool to Kindergarten with a short program in May.
