Mrs. Crusha's high school textiles class got to turn Mrs. Setzer's and Mrs. Kedigh's kindergarten monster drawings into stuffed animals! The high schoolers had so much fun recreating these and the kids loved their monsters that they get to take home!

6th grade art students traveled to the Cherry Pit Collective Studio in KC this morning! We got to tour the shared studio space, learn more about professional art tools and processes, and see a live paper making demonstration by a full time local artist, Kelsey Pike. Students also got to participate in a make and take craft with scrap sample materials, handmade stamps, and scissor and glue.

High school art students competed in the WEMO art competition last night! Jackie Plisowski placed 1st in hand-building clay forms. Harmony Hundtoft placed first in figure drawing. Ella Reinhardt placed 3rd in still life painting! Elementary and middle school results from the overall show will be shared at the end-of-the-year awards. #ArchieStrong





Our JH athletes competed at the Midway track meet tonight. We hear there might be some PRs to celebrate!

Congratulations to the participating Archie Choir students who performed both solos and small ensembles at the Nevada Music Festival, achieving ratings of "excellent" and "outstanding"! Performers included the following: Alejandro Simpson, Julie Ammerman, Natalee Lowe, Ruth Sutton, Anevay Charles, Brooke Jacobs, and Portia Morrow. #ArchieStrong


The Archie R-V students and staff enjoyed the beautiful weather while viewing the solar eclipse! In 2017, the Class of 2024 experienced an eclipse in elementary school. We hope this is a day all students remember. #ArchieStrong









Today the ThinkFirst program came and presented to all of our high school students. We want to thank Kelly Narowski and Carl Van Winkle who came and shared their stories to help spread awareness of traumatic brain injuries and spinal cord injuries from distracted and impaired driving. We hope all of our students listened and will stay safe behind the wheel!
