Kindergarten read the story "Balloons Over Broadway" to learn about the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. After learning, they drafted up what they wanted their own balloon to look like and then made it come to life. Thanks to the rest of the elementary for stepping into the hallway for the kindergarten balloon parade today! #ArchieStrong
Archie falls in three close and exciting games tonight against Appleton City.

Geometry usually involves a lot of notetaking, examples, and practice problems. However, occasionally a good project is worth the class time and effort that it takes to do. Students completed a poster project concerning the side lengths and angle measures of triangles. After much frustration, students discovered there are five conditions that always produce the same size and shape of triangles, no matter when or where they are created. And, they were given two conditions that do not. Their creativity arranging those triangles on posterboards was impressive!

The JH wrestling team had a meet today. Congratulations to our Whirlwinds that wrestle for the Blackhawks!The individual results were as followed: Carter Brunner 3-1 2 pins 2nd place Hayden Hatten 2-2 2 pins 3rd place The entire Blackhawk team had a great day! #ArchieStrong
